TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 20% deposit on the service you are selecting is required at the point of booking - I.e. if you are booking the ‘Exterior Detail Package’ on a small vehicle (£75), the minimum deposit payable would be £15. We will then send you an email shortly after your booking is finalized with instructions on how to pay this deposit.
If you cancel within 24 hours before your booking takes place, a late cancellation fee will incur. The sum of this fee will be your deposit (I.e. if your deposit is £15, we then keep onto it)
At the start of each appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your vehicle, noting any damage before commencing work. This will require a counter signature from you as the customer.
We are fully insured up to £1,000,000 in damages incase any damage may ensue. Please ask for evidence of any documentation or information if required for insurance purposes and we will supply this upon request.
We provide a digital invoice to all of our customers. If you would like a hard copy (paper copy), we charge a £4 admin fee which includes posting to your address. This process can take 3-5 working days.

Service price and duration is subject to change depending on your vehicles condition and location. This applies to all vehicles. We reserve the right to increase the price if the vehicles condition is not as described on your booking by mutual consent. If you are uncertain of which service would be suitable to your vehicle, please contact us via our contact form.
Whilst polishing can greatly improve the look and condition of your paint work, there is limitations to what it can do. Deeper scratches that have broken through the paint and expose bare metal/base coat will not be able to be removed. This will require repair. Although, we are always happy to come and look at the vehicle and guide you down the right path.
